Lamentablemente venia con una rueda pinchada. Querian que la arreglara yo. No pusieron ninguna propuesta valida en la mesa para resolverlo. Pedi una devolucion y pasaron 6 dias laborables hasta acceptarlo. | |

Reply from SkatePro: Buenos días Alex, Primero de todo sentimos mucho las molestias que esto le ocasionó. En su caso, en un inicio no teníamos la camara de recambio así que le ofrecimos diferentes opciones, devolver la bicicleta o mandar la bicicleta y nosotros la repararíamos. Cuando la cámara llegó le comentamos que podíamos mandarle una cámara de reemplazo, lamentablemente usted nos dijo que quería la devolución desde un inicio por que compró otra bicicleta en otro establecimiento. Por supuesto hemos aceptado la devolución y ya hemos abonado su dinero 😊. De nuevo sentimos mucho las molestias que esto la ha causado, y por ello queremos ponerle un crédito de 15€ en su cuenta de Skatepro para que lo use cuando quiera 😊. Quedamos a su entera disposición por si necesita algo más, Un saludo, |

Mi hija encantada con la bici. Muchas gracias, la única observación es que la bici no vino con uno de los frenos instalados ni el volante y no he conseguido a alguien que lo instale bien. Por lo demás todo bien | |
