Your rollerblade brakes will be worn down
There is no getting around this one. At some point, your pre-mounted rollerblade brakes will be worn down and they will need to be replaced. Luckily this procedure is very simple, and it will usually only require a new set of skate brakes, an Allen key and a few minutes of your time. In other words, there is no reason to take your skates to the shop, to have this replacement carried out.
One very important thing to remember is to change the rollerblade brakes before they are completely worn down. If this has already happened it might be more difficult to replace it. If you have any problems replacing your skate brakes don't hesitate to contact us in our shop or via phone.
If you are a speed or fitness-skater, we will highly recommend, that you mount a skate break on at least one of your skates. If your primary skate destination is the park, you should be fine without a brake. Upon the ramps, a brake can actually be quite annoying, and an unwanted obstacle.
In this category, you will only find rollerblade brake pads and inline skate brakes. If you are looking for brakes for your side-by-side skates you should check out this category: Roller skate Brakes.
Even though we might not sell the skates you use, we may well have inline skate brakes for them, so take a look at our wide selection on this page. If you cannot find the brake pads you are looking for, feel free to contact us.
