Oasis Surfskate

From Long Island Longboards comes the Oasis Surfskate. It has a nice width, summer fresh graphics and an overall nice setup for board-walk cruising.

This season sees the birth of Surfskates in the Long Island longboards lineup. This is a series of cruiser styled boards that is mounted with 150mm reverse kingpin trucks. They have a unique shape to the baseplate which allows for a vast range of pivotal turning. This makes the trucks turn sharply and provides a very surf-like feel.

Though not as tightly turning as for instance a double kingpin constructed truck, but with a more stable and solid feel for when you are just cruising along. This also means that if you want to use this as a true surfer - You will need to apply a good amount of carving techniques in order to apply forward motion.
