Description

The top Slalom & Urban skate, with more comfort, more features and the balance any serious skater wants. The EVO performs. Features an Aluminium frame and a redesigned boot. It also comes with a heat mouldable shell. A 15% fibreglass composite reinforced cuff and X-slot system 165mm frame mounting.

36-39 EU | 4-7 US 219mm frame (rockered)
40-41 EU | 7,5-8 US 231mm frame (rockered)
42-46 EU | 9-12,5 US 243mm frame (rockered)

Rockered on the EVO means the 2 wheels on the frame are lowered and some .mm smaller than the front & rear wheel, this to optimise turn radius. If same size wheels are mounted the middle wheels will touch the ground first, creating a very extreme rockered setup for extreme manoeuvrability.

Incl. Powerslide FSK 84a wheels with Twincam ILQ9 bearings.

I have played ice hockey for 20+ years, I am advanced on ice and inline. I tried several urban inline skates from different manufacturers and none of them allowed me to get a full stride or turn or stop quickly enough (to be fair, I tried middle of the line skates, not top of the line like these). I am 95kg and I skate for commuting and exercise. I do not use them for slalom nor do I do jumps. What I can say, just like any other high level ice or inline skate, you must heat mold (several times, I did 3) and use until you find the proper tightness. I have no ankle or shin discomfort. Rollerblade skates dug into my ankle, Seba's are always comfortable in my experience. These are my first Powerslide and I love them! I can get a full stride, they are fast and smooth, partial rocker set up allows me to turn and stop on a dime. I wear a size 44, normal width foot, no arch issues.
