Instructions for Custom Heat Moldable Insoles
Heating triggers the insole to expand and contour to your foot, thanks to our Gamechangers Elite's exclusive arch technology.
- Trim the toes to ensure a snug fit in your shoes. They should insert smoothly.
- Place the insoles in a preheated oven at 110 °C for 8-10 minutes. Do NOT use a microwave.
- Once the arch is fully pliable, they are ready. Stand on them with socks for 1-2 minutes. (Sit only for better arch support). Next, put them in your shoes and walk.
- Avoid bending the Gamechangers at 90-degree angles when initially removed from the oven as this could damage the foam.
It typically takes 1-3 days for FP Insoles Gamechangers Elite to fully adapt. Allow your feet some time to adjust to the arch support.
