Directions for Custom Heat Mouldable Insoles

Heating activates our Gamechangers Elite's exclusive arch technology, causing the insole to expand and mould to your foot.

1. Trim the toes to accommodate your shoes, ensuring they slide in effortlessly.
2. Next, place the insoles in a preheated oven at 110 °C for 8-10 minutes. Avoid using a microwave.
3. Once the arch becomes fully soft, they are prepared for molding. Step on them while wearing socks for 1-2 minutes (sitting if you prefer higher arch support). Then insert them into your shoes and walk.
4. Avoid bending the Gamechangers at 90 degree angles immediately after removing from the oven, as it may damage the foam.

The usual break-in period for FP Insoles Gamechangers Elite is 1-3 days. Allow your feet some time to adjust to the arch support provided.
