Custom Scooter Assembly

If you purchase this service, SkatePro will assemble and test your custom scooter.
This requires that you have all the necessary parts to build a custom scooter (either provide them to SkatePro or order them along with this service).

A custom scooter typically includes the following parts:

• Scooter deck
• Brake (sometimes included with the deck)
• Rear axle hardware (often included with the deck)
• Fork with axle (note the compatible wheel size)
• Bar (choose an oversized clamp if selecting an oversized bar)
• Clamp (1 or more. Choose an oversized clamp if selecting an oversized bar)
• Grips (possibly Bar-Ends if not included)
• Headset
• Grip tape
• 4 bearings and 2 pieces of 8mm spacers
• 2 wheels (ensure the size fits the fork)
• Compression kit

Please note:

• Assembling custom scooters requires special tools and patience. We recommend that only a qualified person performs the custom scooter assembly.
• Assembly of a custom scooter is a service, and as such, it is non-refundable.
• The scooter and its individual parts cannot be refunded once assembly has begun. If disassembled, the parts are no longer considered new and cannot be returned.
