Comfy and well padded... Just what you need when you're nearing 40 but think you're still 18

Just ordered the triple eight pants for pick-up ice hockey. Well made, very light, excellent protection for a "no check" game where falling down on the ice is the biggest issue. Highly recommend.

Don’t skate park without these now. Light comfy, don’t know your wearing them. Only worn twice so can’t comment on durability.

Sent back immediately after trying on. I purchased these because of falling repeatedly on one area of my leg (the back/side of my thigh just below my butt) while skating, but they are missing padding in that exact area. The fit was also strange; I found the waistband loose while the leg holes were too tight without any stretch. (I had seen them advertised as unisex but it seems likely they would fit better on a man.) Not impressed at all.

I purchased an M size it's actually really good, it's quite tight so watch out for your size. Even when I put it up it tends to go down as I'm skating. Will use it for practicing slides and skatepark sessions.

Great product and service. I skateboard and fall mostly onto one side of my hip. The padded shorts fit underneath whatever I am wearing. I literally only need the padding on one injured spot so I took the rest of the pads out which makes them even more slimline but still does the job. Personally I don’t think the pads need to be thicker. I also don’t think you need them around your backside so if you really wanted to make them thicker In the vital spots you could take the backside ones out and double stuff the hip area . Job done.

Very good. Could do with thicker padding though.

Definitely saves the side of my leg from getting scraped up when I work on parallel slides
