Terms and Conditions

The following conditions apply only when purchasing outside of Denmark, Norway, Sweden or the Netherlands.

Ordering
You can order products from SkatePro in the following ways:

By ordering via telephone

If you purchase from an address within the European Union, the following applies:
All prices on the website are basically including VAT, which is 25% (and 19% in the Netherlands) and all taxes and duties etc.

If you have an address outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland), you do not pay Danish VAT on goods purchased from SkatePro. You must however pay VAT and customs duties in accordance with the applicable regulations for your country. Contact your local customs and tax authorities for more details.

All before prices stated on the website are indicative list prices, competitors' prices or SkatePro’s own before prices.

Agreements on our website can be concluded in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Dutch or English.
At SkatePro you can only conclude an agreement as a major or as a child or young person with the consent of a parent or guardian. Once you concluded an agreement with us we will store the contract, so you can access it later. Once you've created an account you can log into SkatePro’s website and view the content and order status for all previous orders. If you have not created an account, the agreement will be available on the order confirmation you received via email.

Transport damages
Whenever you receive a parcel with physical damages, we urge you strongly to make objections at the carrier's presence. Open the parcel together to identify any defects or damage, please make a written objection for future reference. Alternatively, you can refuse delivery and immediately contact us. We then will as soon as possible submit a complaint at the carrier. When the carrier has accepted the case, we will send you a new product for you.

Invoice payment
When choosing invoice payment (only in designated countries), the invoice will be sent by e-mail from Klarna when the order is shipped from SkatePro. SkatePro refers to Klarna’s payment terms in relation to any payment arrears.

Right of withdrawal
When the purchase is returned and the right of withdrawal is used, this only can be possible if the purchase is returned in the same condition and quantity as when you received it. The right of withdrawal lapses if you use the purchase in a way where it is quite obvious that the use of it reduces the sales value significantly.
If you use the right to return, you must pay yourself for the return shipping of the purchase.
If you purchased a product through our internet store, you usually have the right to cancel the purchase. Simply return the product to us within 6 months after you receive it. You can also return the item to us by refusing to accept the parcel when delivered.
Unclaimed items will also be considered as a withdrawal.
Always remember to state the order number when returning an order. When returning a product, please use the return form from our website.

Once we have received the purchase and verified that it meets the conditions for withdrawal, the purchase price will be refunded to you, basically by the same payment method as for the purchase.

We do not offer right of withdrawal on the following products:
1. Services and goods to be manufactured or adapted to the consumer's individual needs where the production or adaptation process has begun. But this only applies when you have previously given consent to SkatePro to start this process before the right of withdrawal expires.
2. Recreational activities, including entertainment or sporting events, when it shows in the agreement on which day or within which certain period the service is to be performed.

Warranty
According to the Danish Act of Sale of Goods you have a warranty for 24 months on all products. This warranty means that you, the customer can complain about the deficiencies of the product which has been present at delivery. It is however a prerequisite that these deficits are not caused by your incorrect use of the purchase or other injurious behaviour that has led to shortages. The warranty means that you either get it repaired or replaced, a refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation and SkatePro’s assessment. This implies of course, that the claim is justified.

Return of warranty claims, where the shipping is covered by SkatePro can only happen with prior agreement. Usually a potential problem is solved by sending a new part, without the defective / wrong returned.

You must claim within a reasonable time after you have found the defect. Claims within two months are always considered as being timely.

You can choose to receive our newsletter (e-mail advertising).
The newsletter contains information about the company and its products, relevant offers etc. You will only receive this newsletter, when you have said explicitly 'yes' to it.

Reservations
At any form of abuse or suspected abuse SkatePro reserves the right to cancel order and remove the abuser's account at SkatePro. Next to this the abuse will reported to the local police.
Prices are subject to currency changes, force majeure, delivery failures, tax changes, out of stock goods, printing errors and technical errors. This reservation allows individual items in an order not be delivered or the order be implemented only after the price adjustment for individual products. The customer is always informed by email if this is the case.

Use of information
All information on the website of SkatePro is freely available and can be seen by anyone.
Any kind of reproduction including product information, articles or other kind of information, is only allowed when the information is unchanged, has a direct reference to SkatePro and only after explicit permission from SkatePro.
It is not allowed to use information from the website of SkatePro for any kind of commercial use.
It is allowed to use the logo of SkatePro, when it is done with a reference to and/or direct link to SkatePro.
