The Rottefella Basic is straightforward and user-friendly, designed as a traditional screw-on touring binding for novice skiers engaging in classic cross-country skiing. It features a broad heel piece to enhance stability. This binding is intended to be affixed directly onto the ski without requiring a mounting plate.

These bindings are compatible with NNN cross-country ski boots, but cannot be fitted on skis with pre-mounted NIS plates.
