Customs, Shipping and Returns

Delivery

All orders are shipped with GLS or PostDanmark and their international partners.

Shipping costs
Beside the price of the products, you only have to pay the shipping costs (local taxes/customs may apply). The shipping cost is displayed during the checkout process and also in the order confirmation you receive by email.

Free shipping to EU when the order size is over EUR 200 (Note: we do not deliver to all EU countries. See list below.)

Delivery time
Delivery time to Europe is 2-6 business days for orders where all items are in stock.

If your have ordered includes items that are not in stock, your order will not be shipped until all items are in stock. An estimated shipping date will be provided, and delivery time will be 2-5 business days from the shipping date.

You will receive an e-mail notification if shipment of your order is delayed.

Tracking
When your order is shipped, you receive an email with a link to Track-and-Trace information. 

Customs and Tax

Tax free shopping for non-EU countries. When importing the goods to your own country you may have to pay tax (VAT and customs duties) in your country. In some cases you will also have to pay customs and maybe a handling fee.

Right of returns

When the purchase is returned and the right of withdrawal is used, this only can be possible if the purchase is returned in the same condition and quantity as when you received it.

The right of withdrawal lapses if you use the purchase in a way where it is quite obvious that the use of it reduces the sales value significantly. Rollerskates, boots or clothes which have been tested indoor and not have any sign of wear, is accepted by SkatePro as unused products. Of course there is no returning right on products, that have been customized for a specific customers need.

If you purchased a product through our internet store, you usually have the right to cancel the purchase. Simply return the product to us within 180 days after you receive it.

You can return your order in the following ways:

  • Refusing to accept the parcel when delivered
  • Return the parcel. You must pay yourself for the return shipping of the order.

When you want to return your order, you do as follows:

  • Print the return form (print here), fill it out and put it together with the return parcel.
  • Put the item in the original product packaging and wrap it securely (a cardboard box, a bubble envelope or some thick paper). Please note that if the original product packaging is damaged, you must pay EUR 15.
  • You can return the product by shipping it to our address in Denmark.
